This full-time Attorney positions will have you working with us in 3 broad areas: (i) Civil litigation involving, for example, contract, real estate, and business disputes; (ii) Small Business advice, contract review, contract & instrument drafting, and Sale of Business transactions; and (iii) pre-suit Attorney demand and negotiation on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:

• Will train entry level attorney; prefer 3 to 6 years experience practicing civil law in Florida;

• Juris Doctor degree and admitted to practice law in Florida state courts (or if you just sat for the July 2023 Bar Exam, will also consider);

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Prefer law graduates who were in the top 30% or better of their class;

• Moot Court, Negotiation Team, or Law Review--a plus;

• Mercer Kutch is a Tobacco free, vape-free, and drug-free workplace; and

• Ability to report to law office in-person by 9:00 a.m., four full days per week; and must have excellent references.

Work Location:

• We serve numerous clients in Duval, St Johns, Flagler, and other Florida counties.

• We plan to open a 2nd office location in JACKSONVILLE in the next 9 to 12 months from which this person will work.

• In the meantime, the Associate must be willing to commute temporarily to our original office located on SR 16 in middle St Johns County (about a 30 min. commute from Jacksonville, Florida).
