Liz Kutch, partner at Mercer Kutch Law Firm, brings a wealth of legal experience to the table, with a focus on helping small business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigate complex legal challenges. With extensive courtroom and arbitration trial experience, Liz has built a strong reputation for protecting client interests and securing favorable outcomes in civil claims, disputes, and transactions.
Having passed the Bar in four states, Liz handles a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on solar disputes and moving company conflicts, in addition to representing clients in various other business and civil matters. Over her seven years with Mercer Kutch Law Firm, Liz has successfully prosecuted and defended claims, recovering millions of dollars in money and property for her clients. Her ability to resolve disputes through trials, mediations, and negotiations has made her a highly sought-after attorney.
Before joining the firm, Liz served as a staff attorney for a judge, gaining valuable insights into the judicial process that she now uses to advocate effectively for her clients. During law school, Liz represented clients as a student attorney with the University of Denver’s Environmental Law Clinic, and worked as a research assistant for the late Professor Federico Cheever, further solidifying her foundation in law.
In addition to her practice, Liz supervises a team of two attorneys, providing guidance and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients. Outside of her legal career, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and two dogs, as well as skiing, mountain biking, and traveling.
