💼 🗂️ Client Experience Coordinator – Jacksonville Office

Are you organized, warm, and energized by helping people feel supported from their very first interaction? We’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our Client Onboarding Team and serve as one of the welcoming voices of our firm. This role blends administrative precision, tech confidence, and professional, reception-style communication. You’ll help strengthen our client communications while keeping our team moving smoothly.

What you’ll do:

• Work with the Intake & Communications Teams to screen new business inquiries and manage intake data
• Ensure prospective and existing law clients feel heard, respected, and clearly guided
• Use an Apple iMac, Excel spreadsheets, and other software tools to stay organized and efficient
• Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and handle routine follow-ups
• Support partners by keeping tasks, updates, and communication on track
• Optional: Contribute to projects within our new Arbitration Tribunal sister company — a chance to experience a start-up-style environment

💵 Compensation: Base pay + performance bonus
